  3. The questions are complex and require further elaboration of relevant information.
  4. The questions lack sufficient details and do not fit within the character limit of the messaging-based health advice service.

Steps for the Messaging-based Health Advice Service

Step 1: Submitting a Question

The question must be composed in proper Vietnamese, without abbreviations. Each question is limited to 250 characters and should be about a health concern or inquiry. Questions that lack sufficient details or require diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or medication advice will be recommended to be redirected to a telehealth consultation.

And remember, a question that lacks seriousness is unlikely to receive a responsible answer! The question should be written clearly, specifically, and politely, using an appropriate tone.

Step 2: Receiving Feedback

The response will be notified and sent through the application.

If you have signed up for a membership package, you can continue to send inquiries to HealthGPT to receive detailed explanations or expansions on the issue being discussed.

The follow-up inquiries allow the user to get more detailed explanations or expanded discussion on the original issue

So in summary, the user will receive an initial response through the app, and if they have a membership, they can then engage in further discussion with HealthGPT to dive deeper into the topic.

Costs and Payment Instructions:

The fees for messaging-based health advice service include:

  1. Consultation fee: a fixed fee for each question and answer session.
  2. Careteam service fee: a fixed fee for each question and answer session. This fee is waived for users with a membership package (12 months valid).

Users need to prepay through:

  • E-wallets like Momo, ZaloPay
  • ATM cards or credit cards, through the secure payment gateway of ZaloPay
  • Bank transfer (include registered phone number in the transaction details) to the following bank account:

In case a question is requested to be transitioned into a remote consultation, the entire fee will be refunded to the account to be used for further consultations.
